Chrysanthemum is a lovely daily brew, but because it is slightly cooling, I like to add warming herbs when I make it in winter. In addition to goji, which I always brew into it for taste and to benefit my eyesight, my go-to winter addition

A scale-able cookie recipe for those with blood sugar flux, those who “aren’t good at baking,” and anyone trying to use really old bananas. Mix together: 1/2 cup of rolled oats per 1 very brown banana. Bake at 350′ for 20-30 minutes, until lightly browned
